Please send three  photographs of your work to beckymooredesigns@hotmail.com   These photographs will be used in selection of applications so please make sure they are good quality.

Design@HEART Summer Fair Saturday 9th June

Applications are now open for our summer fair.

Stall fees: £35 with your own table £40 including supply of table.  Chairs will be supplied.

Craft Destash Sale 17th February 2018

This fair is now full.  If you wish to be put on the waiting list for cancellations, please feel free to send in the form.

This is a market to sell off your old materials and equipment.  It is NOT for your products.  A great way to get some space sorted in your craft cupboard and share the crafty love with others!

The Destash will be just half a day, the morning of Saturday 17th February. 

Stalls cost £10.  You are welcome to share a table with a friend, but just one of you needs to apply.  Once you have sent in your application form I will send you an invoice.  Your stall will only be secured once you have paid the fee.

The application form is below.  It is the standard Art and Craft Fair standard form, so there are some questions that aren’t quite relevant.  If you have photos of the things you want to sell though that would be great as I can use them to help advertise the event.

Terms and Conditions for the Destash Sale:

  • If your application is successful, you will need to pay the stall fee to secure your place.
  • Stall holders will be required to have Public Liability Insurance.
  • Items to be sold can include surplus craft materials, equipment, machinery, tools, books, patterns, packaging materials (boxes, envelopes, bags, etc).
  • Items that should not be sold are your made products.
  • Stallholders will be required help with publicity of the fair through their own websites and social media channels.  Publicity materials will be provided for this.
  • Refunds will only be given with 28 days notice of cancellation.
