We keep data safe.  We will not spam you or send you any information for which you haven’t signed up.  You have the right to have any data we collect from you deleted.  This Privacy Policy contains detailed information on when and why we collect your personal data and how we use it.

Newsletter

As part of the registration process for our newsletter, we collect personal information.  We use that information to tell you about events and craft business related information, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check occasionally that you want to keep on receiving information.  We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisation and business.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter.  We gather statistics on email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.  For more information please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us at designatheart@hotmail.com

Applying for events

When you apply for any of our events we collect the information necessary to process your application, to contact you, and to organise events.  We store your name, address data, email and contact number securely on a password protected hard-drive.

Sharing data

We do not share your data with anyone.

Right to view, amend or delete your information
